- Size of residence. There are a variety of options when searching for the right place, many offer studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units.
- Amenities and/or Services. Amenities may include some or all of the following: Swimming pool, health club, organized social groups, general store, golf course, transportation, housekeeping and laundry service. Some also offer dry cleaning and hair salons for additional costs
- Personal Care. This is where the costs can greatly vary. If more care is needed the cost will go up and the factors that are considered are: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and getting around. This is generally worked off of a point system to determine costs.
